This position is responsible for greeting customers, receiving phone calls and providing the highest quality of customer service to our clients as we assist them in finding an appropriate animal companion. Through conversation and education the Customer Service/Adoption Specialist matches potential adopters with an appropriate pet. This includes introducing guests to adoptable animals, explaining the adoption process, assisting with the application, and processing the adoption.
